Some more ideas in development

Just some typographic ideas that i thought i would show. I really like the middle two. the use of trajan may not be working but the design is adaptable so could be easily changed.

The bottom left, is quite an interesting concept that i feel works quite well, but feedback would be great :)

Welcome to Fruithaven

These ideas are just a simple typographic example of the what the front of the package could look like. Each package would have 'welcome to a......fruithaven'

Bottom right: Use of 'black on black'

Fruit Heaven this time and not haven.

Instead of 'fruithaven' for a couple of ideas i have used 'fruit heaven'. So the idea for the packaging is that the tubs would have a picture of sky all the way round instead of just a bold colour. Once again to try something different. I also feel the above sky picture, looks like a desert or fields the way the clouds have formed.

ALL PICTURES HAVE AND WILL BE TAKEN BY MYSELF.

Development of last idea.

Use of different type. Georgia and Bodoni.

This idea is basically a typographic tub, which would have a 'fact'/story like such on the front and only the key points would be visible from afar to grab the attention of a shopper, however, the 'black on black' will become more visible as the shopper gets nearer to the product(if you tilt your laptop screen or squint your eyes you will understand more...hopefully...)
My thinking behind this was i wanted to try something that would stand out with just the use of typography. I prefer the bottom one if i'm being honest.

Fruithaven Development

Using a shade of grey instead of a black background.

Fruithaven Ideas

One intial idea that started off using the colours magenta and cyan instead of just the fruit colour. I wanted this idea to look modern, appeal to both sexes and the younger generation. However, the main idea was that i wanted to do something that i wouldn't normally try and do.

Organic EU logo competition

This is my entry, 'The Organic Circle' for the EU logo competition, and as i said with my entry; 'The cirles in the logo represent the circular notion of the whole organic process and the large tick represents the idea that all organic products with this logo have achieved a specified level of quality which is standard throughout the entire EU.' Simple yet effective in my opinion.

Illustration Friday...'Craving'

So i'm starting to get into this illustration friday business and i'm liking it. The idea behind my drawing is that as wimbledon is just around the corner many people are starting to crave the strawberry season, hence the tennis ball and the hand picking a strawberry up.

Princes Street Gardens

This is a photo i took around January and it has just been selected from my flickr page to be shortlisted for an online map company. I receive no payment though which is gutting, but i'm happy all the same it has been selected.
